Business Fundamentals of Omnichannel Marketing (a SIM-Adonis co-certification course)

This 4 half-day course introduces the concepts, elements and skills of omnichannel marketing, as well as clarifies the differences between omnichannel vs multichannel marketing.

Through a blend of actual workplace projects, panel sessions and insightful lectures, students will understand the characteristics of effective omnichannel touchpoints using successful case studies from Starbucks, Nike, Sephora, Ikea and more.

Students will apply omnichannel marketing skills and analyses towards Adonis-supported projects for integration into Adonis’ business approaches as part of building your resumes.

  • Learn to identify the principles of omnichannel experiences
  • Learn to design online and offline touchpoint experiences to optimize omnichannel marketing
  • Understand the mechanics of the omnichannel attribution funnel, and how this funnel is different from ad-hoc marketing campaign funnels to create omnichannel effectiveness
  • Understand and demonstrate how to create seamless omnichannel transitions aligned to customers’ expectations
  • Learn to describe and evaluate omnichannel success based on analytics correcting common omnichannel marketing mistakes
