E-Commerce Campaign Management (a SIM-Shopee co-certification course)

This 4 half-day course provides learners with the fundamentals of campaign management covering visibility, components, pricing structure, volume strategies and funnel stages. This course will enable students to operationalise campaign designs and objectives into branching pathways, conversion points and omnichannel effectiveness using the Shopee platform and its outreach tools.

This course is co-certified by SIM and Shopee, ASEAN’s leading e-commerce marketplace.


Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the how-to-determine the suitability of pricing, volume, engagement and seasonal strategies based on product and outreach financials pertaining to running a Shopee e-commerce campaign
  • Identify necessary actions to execute at different stages of a campaign to achieve desired conversion rates from pre-campaign to post-campaigns
  • Acquire skills in campaign analytics to effectively interpret meaningful indicators in order to identify gaps and implement corrective measures
