E-Commerce Seller Marketing (a SIM-Shopee co-certification course)

This 4 half-day course provides students with the fundamentals of merchant marketing based on shopper behavior, in-store marketing techniques, marketplace promotion and third-party advertising strategies. Students will also learn to translate seller marketing ideas and concepts into measurable promotions, engagement and conversions through hands-on projects and presentation sessions using the Shopee platform and its outreach tools.

This course is co-certified by SIM and Shopee, ASEAN’s leading e-commerce marketplace.

 

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the how-to-choose and apply appropriate promotional and engagement tools through Shopee’s Seller Centre to meet different marketing objectives
  • Differentiate between in-store marketing versus marketplace marketing and third-party advertising
  • Understand different marketing and advertising terminology in order to effective set bid calculations, daily spend, outreach volume and frequency on the Shopee platform
