Essentials of Omnichannel Retailing and Analytics (a SIM-Adonis co-certification course)

This 4 half-day course focuses on key operational processes and best practices to ensure that omnichannel activities are delivered smoothly from purchase to fulfilment online and offline.

Students will learn how the correct use and relevant identification of data help companies make diagnoses and decisions for omnichannel success.

Through a blend of actual workplace projects, panel sessions and insightful lectures, students will also learn how communication policies and practices are conveyed to all stakeholders involved in the omnichannel operations.
