Simply Overwhelmed?

Exams, tests and deadlines can be major sources of stress. We understand this and are here for you. If you’re experiencing many of these stress symptoms, or would just appreciate having someone to talk to about your concerns, please feel free to let us know.

Signs of Being Overwhelmed :

  • Increased or irregular heartbeat
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Stomach discomfort or upsets
  • Feeling tired
  • Often feeling anxious and fearful
  • Increased irritability and anger arousal
  • Moodiness – Feeling alone
  • Eating more or less
  • Sleeping more or less
  • Drinking or smoking excessively
  • Withdrawing or isolating yourself
  • Personality or behaviour changes
  • Easily distracted, trouble concentrating
  • Forgetfullness
  • Difficulties making decisions
  • Increased worrying or negative thoughts
