Camp EQUIP 2022 – A Recap

It’s been a long wait, but with crowd-control measures lifting up and more face to face events returning, SIM’s Student Development team took the opportunity to bring back the well-anticipated Camp EQUIP in 2022!

For the uninitiated, EQUIP is an annual leadership camp organised and executed by SIM Student Development. Invitations are extended to student leaders so that they may have the opportunity to spend a couple of days learning various skills and mental models that will  prove invaluable both in the conduct of their duties as club leaders and in their lives after school! EQUIP isn’t simply a lineup of workshops: our staff make sure to keep the programme engaging through a mix of discussions, practical scenarios and even games and exercises led by the attending leaders.

This is all carried out over the course of 2 days, with students staying overnight; with 2022’s iteration of the event being held in Changi Village. Don’t fret if you missed 2022’s event, however.
