Student Accessibility
SIM Global Education is committed to creating an accessible and equitable learning environment for students with disabilities. We honour diverse preferences in disability language and use both person-first and identity-first language, prioritising individual preferences when specified.
We work with partners to reduce barriers in academic and non-academic areas. Available access arrangements depend on your programme’s University. We encourage early contact with our Student Development team to explore accessibility services, regardless of formal documentation or diagnosis.
Towards a Barrier Free Campus
Our campus offers various accessibility features designed to minimise physical barriers for individuals with disabilities. Key features include:
- Lift service at the overhead bridge opposite campus
- Ramps for building access
- Automatic sliding door to Block A and B main building entrances
- Stair lifts
- Accessible toilets
- Accessible parking lots
- Braille on lift buttons
