Singapore Affairs Society was founded with three core aims:

1. To increase awareness of various social issues in Singapore unknown to some and shed light on new perspectives surrounding them
2. To better engage foreign students to understand the context of some of the experiences they might have here.
3. To promote civil discourse in the discussion of salient issues regarding Singapore. This is so that youths are better equipped to engage each another and exchange their various perspectives.

Through interactive and constructive activities, the club hopes to engage this generation’s youths in cultivate a sense of civil responsibility.
